When you contact us
The contact form collects your name, email address, optional telephone number and message. These details are sent to hello@tyyni.spa so we can answer your enquiry, discuss your setting and prepare a quotation where requested. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.
For steps towards a contract requested by you, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other ordinary correspondence is handled under Article 6(1)(f): the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and managing business correspondence. Providing details is voluntary, but we need your email address and message to reply.
Newsletter requests
Submitting the newsletter form sends your email address, consent wording and request time to hello@tyyni.spa for manual handling. It does not automatically add you to a marketing platform. We use consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR for newsletter communications. The newsletter is optional and is not required to request a quotation.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@tyyni.spa. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out lawfully before it. We will stop future newsletter communications after processing your request.
Book publication and pre-order interest
The book form sends your email address, consent wording, language and request time to hello@tyyni.spa for manual handling of publication updates and pre-order availability for Tyyni — The Art of Relaxation. We use your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Joining this list does not place an order or require payment. The separate TYYNI newsletter checkbox is optional. You can withdraw either consent by emailing hello@tyyni.spa. Book interest details are kept while that consent remains valid, with limited evidence retained where necessary for accountability or claims. The handler retains a short-lived hashed email and network address value for up to one minute to limit repeated submissions.
Service providers and security
Hosting and email services are provided by SEOHOST Sp. z o.o., ul. Obornicka 330, 60-689 Poznań, Poland, NIP 9721323212. Enquiries and newsletter requests are handled in the hello@tyyni.spa mailbox using these services. Authorised persons acting for the controller may access the data where necessary to answer requests and manage correspondence. We do not use a separate automated newsletter platform for this website. Information about infrastructure subprocessors and any international processing is available under the hosting provider’s applicable service and data-processing terms; contact hello@tyyni.spa for information relevant to your data.
Technical request data may be processed in server logs for operation and security. Form protection uses short-lived rate limits and hidden anti-spam fields. The newsletter handler retains a hashed email value for up to one minute to limit repeated submissions.
How long information is kept
Enquiries are kept for the time needed to handle the conversation and any resulting commercial relationship. Records may be retained longer where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend claims. Newsletter information is kept while consent remains valid, with limited evidence of consent or withdrawal retained where necessary for accountability or claims. Correspondence that is no longer needed for these purposes is deleted or anonymised. Requests about retention or deletion can be sent to hello@tyyni.spa.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the processing and applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent and complain to your competent supervisory authority, including the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland. Contact hello@tyyni.spa to exercise your rights.
These enquiry and newsletter handlers do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects and do not profile visitors.
Cookies and external services
WordPress uses functional mechanisms, including cookies for administrator sign-in. On tyyni.spa, optional Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics. It is not loaded on the staging or archive website. The hero video and images are served from this website. Social links open external services, which apply their own privacy practices.
Optional website analytics
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, helps us understand page visits and website use. Analytics cookies (including _ga) distinguish browsers and may persist for up to two years. Google processes technical, device and interaction information and may process data outside the EEA under its applicable safeguards. For further information, see Google’s privacy policy. Our measurement is based on your consent. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in this integration.
No Google Analytics tag is loaded before you accept, or after you reject analytics. We do not pass contact-form fields or newsletter email addresses to Analytics. Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change your choice; rejecting analytics removes this site’s Analytics cookies. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie for 180 days. Visits while signed in to WordPress are excluded. You can also exclude this browser for one year by opening Disable analytics in this browser; repeat this on each device or browser you use. Clearing cookies removes this exclusion. To remove the exclusion, open Enable analytics choice again. These preferences do not affect essential website functions.
Website information
This website introduces the TYYNI collection. Accessories marked “Under construction” are not yet available to order here. No checkout or online payment service is currently provided.
Sending an enquiry or requesting a quotation does not itself place an order. The agreed model, configuration, delivery scope, price and contractual conditions will be set out separately. Discuss your site and installation requirements with us before arranging works or making a purchasing decision.
The brochure is provided as a reference. Model names and specifications may differ between document versions; ask us to confirm the current information for your quotation.
